INTERNATIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST

Yamima Isaac at the age of 20 did her Bachelors in English literature and Sociology. While working as a settlement counsellor, she found herself encouraged to follow her dreams to be a makeup artist. She got her Makeup Artistry & Hair Styling Certification from Sheridan College Oakville (2010) and has worked with makeup giant, Sephora Canada.

A mother of two, a social worker and an expert makeup artist, she works around the clock and there is never a dull moment. She believes in the ever growing knowledge from different areas of her career along with the ever changing and growing fashion industry. Working at various events form weddings to fashion shows and private and commercial photo-shoots, over time her focus directed towards high-fashion editorial work and teaching make-up artistry as her prime focus. Yamima is also the head for hair and makeup department for International Fashion Encounter 2016 to present.

Isaac’s editorial work includes: Dauphine Magazine, Moevir Paris Magazine, Cole Magazine Norway, Cineplex Magazine, iMirage Magazine, Shuba Magazine, Anokhi Magazine and Intelegence Magazine to name a few.

Yamima is also a Master Celebrity Makeup Artist and her clientele ranges as follows: The Real Housewives of Toronto – Joan Kelley Walker and Jana Webb; Tanner Zipchen – Cineplex Entertainment Pre-show Celebrity Host and Miraya – Pop Singer (music video for T-Series India). International Couture Fashion Designer, Ali Xeeshan Theatre Studio, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2014-2017 and sponsored Schwarzkopf Hair Shows 2012 and 2013.
